Scott Collier joined Rockcap in 2020 after 35 years of representing tenants as a Senior Vice President with The Staubach Company (1985-2008) and Managing Director at JLL (2008-2019). He solves business problems related to corporate real estate, saving his clients time and money in negotiating and securing office space. Over the years, Scott has negotiated a variety of transactions including those that break ground and change the skyline, like the 565,000 SF Galleria Three Tower.

Scott graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, served as an artillery officer, completed an MBA degree from the University of Oklahoma, and sold mainframe computer systems for IBM. He currently serves on the board of directors for three companies: Lifespace Communities, The Pursuant Group, and the Dallas Summer Musicals as well as past terms for the Dallas Museum of Art and 25 years for the poverty-fighting organization, CitySquare.

Scott and his wife, Cindy, fully enjoy life blessed with two married children and SIX grandchildren all living in the area. Scott enjoys spinning his Peloton, traveling, and pursuing a lower handicap around Royal Oaks Country Club.
