Grant Henson formed Rockcap in 2010 and serves as Founding Partner of the company. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the business each day with a focus on growing the brand and customer base. Prior to this venture, Grant was a member of the Brokerage Services team at CBRE and started his career in commercial real estate with Stream Realty Partners in 2004.

Grant received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University. He has been a participant and contributing member of The Real Estate Council, actively supports Forerunner Mentoring, the Northern Texas PGA, Elizabeth Toon Charities and attends Highland Park United Methodist Church.

Grant loves spending time with his wife, Miranda, and three children whether it’s at home in Dallas or traveling to their favorite places in 30A and Colorado. He enjoys coaching his kids in youth sports, riding his road bike around White Rock Lake and trying to keep his golf ball in the fairway at Dallas Athletic Club.
